Description
The wine is based on Muscat Bailey A from contract growers in the Hosaka district, Yamanashi prefecture. The wine is stored in French oak barrels (for about 8 months), followed by a well-balanced assemblage in a manner so as to maximize the varietal characteristics of the respective varieties.
